We maintain relationships with financial organisations for ancilliary services including retirement plans, investments, savings, insurance, lines of credit, loan applications and mortgages. In many circumstances, our clients can obtain a secondary service from an independent source without the necessity to search separately for such services

Aardvark Accountancy Services was founded to allow people to experience the entrepreneurial spirit of running their own business. We have capitalised on our prior experiences for the benefit of our clients and have built our firm on the following service philosophy.

Our Services

Compliance Accounting

Business entities require a minimum of annual accounts for stewardship and taxation compliance. Accounts are also required for the procuring and retaining of finance. We cater for all the above requirements.
 

Compliance Taxation

Corporation Tax and Income Tax are onerous burdens on business and it is imperative that taxation liabilities are paid on time to avoid interest on late payment and possible penalties for late filing being imposed by the Revenue Commissioners. We prepare taxation submissions both for personal and corporate tax clients.
 

Company Secretarial
Company Office Returns are required annually and our company secretarial department assists company secretaries of incorporated clients with these returns. We also offer registered office facilities for incorporated clients.

Start-up Business
Initial set up of new businesses and clients entering into new products or ventures can avail of our expertise in this area. Business plans and proper funding are prerequisites before entering into any new ventures.

Business Planning/Budgets
Following our assistance in the planning and budget preparation our network with financial institutions and investors can be used to source competitive long term funding and venture capital.

Directorships
We offer our business experience by accepting appointments as directors of non-audit client companies. This service provides a broader view to business planning and is particularly beneficial to family companies. It also adds extra comfort to lending institutions to have a non-executive financial director where companies have not the necessary in-house experience.

Managemant Accounts

The essence of business is the earning of profits and the best prepared plans will require monitoring and revision on an on-going basis if management and promoters are to achieve their goals. Our information technology department advise on the set-up of systems for the monitoring and control of revenue and costs. Our management accounting team assist clients in the preparation of management accounts for firms not having in-house expertise thus enabling clients monitor and control their business on an ongoing basis.
